The whole pitch here is that the person you talk to is the person doing the work. That changes some practical things worth knowing before you start.
You get one number
No account manager relaying notes. The person who built it is the person who answers when something needs changing.
Nothing is subcontracted out
Design, build, photography, video, and the drone work all happen here, with my own cameras, drones, lighting, audio and code. That is why the pieces match each other.
Small enough to care
A handful of clients at a time rather than a queue. It is also why the calendar sometimes has a wait on it.
Straight answers on scope
If something you are asking for is not worth what it costs, you will hear that instead of a quote for it.
Still here afterwards
Most of these sites have been maintained here for years. Launch day is the start of the relationship, not the end.
