Terms of Service
The ground rules for using shaunwilsondesigns.com.
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms apply to your use of shaunwilsondesigns.com, run by Shaun Wilson Designs of Louisville, Kentucky. By using the site you agree to them.
Using this site
You may browse the site and contact us for your own personal or business purposes. Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, send spam through its forms, or copy it in bulk.
Our services
Information on this site describes the kinds of work we do. Every project is scoped and quoted individually, and the written proposal or agreement for your project, not this website, sets out what is included, the price, the schedule and the payment terms. If anything on the site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Content and ownership
The text, photos, video, designs and code on this site belong to Shaun Wilson Designs or are used with permission, including work shown with our clients’ permission. You may not reuse them without written permission. Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in that client’s agreement.
Payments
Invoices paid through this site are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own terms. Paying an invoice does not change the terms of the agreement it relates to.
Links and third-party services
The site links to and uses services from other companies, such as Google, PayPal, YouTube and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty and limits of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Shaun Wilson Designs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Privacy
How we handle personal information, including data from Google services we manage for clients, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We may update them and will change the date at the top when we do.
