AI AUTOMATION LOUISVILLE

AI automation for small business. Fewer hours on busywork.

I build automations that take repetitive work off Louisville small businesses: inquiries sorted and answered faster, bookings and inventory that keep themselves up to date, and AI assistants that help customers on your website. Tested on real examples, connected to the tools you already use, and supported by the person who built them.

WHERE THE HOURS GO

If you type it twice, it can probably be automated.

Most small businesses lose hours to the same few jobs: answering the same questions, copying details from a form into a calendar, keeping the website in step with the register, chasing follow-ups. Those are exactly the jobs automation is good at, with AI now handling the parts that used to need a person to read and sort.

WHAT I AUTOMATE

Six jobs your business should not be doing by hand.

Inbox

Inquiries sorted and answered

Every form and email summarized, sorted by what it needs, and a reply drafted for you to approve. Nothing goes out without you.

Website

An AI assistant on your site

A chat assistant that answers from your own pages and policies, hands real leads to you, and says so when it does not know.

Bookings

Bookings that run themselves

Online booking with live availability, instant confirmations and calendar invites, the way Kentucky Peerless sells its tours.

Inventory

Register and website in sync

Your register, your website and your stock count agreeing with each other without anyone retyping numbers. Running today between Clover and WooCommerce.

Front desk

Check-in without the clipboard

Arrivals, walk-ins and attendance on one screen, the way the Peerless front desk runs every tour day.

Reports

Updates that come to you

A short summary of new leads, orders and anything that needs your attention, in your inbox or on your phone.

RUNNING TODAY

Automation I have built for Louisville businesses.

Kentucky Peerless Distilling checks in every tour guest on a front-desk board I built, sells tours through a booking system I built, and keeps its Clover register and website inventory matched with a sync I built. I also run my own studio on automation: call bookings that confirm themselves, invoices prepared for my approval, and alerts to my phone if a site I host goes down.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS

Start with one job. Prove it. Then the next.

01

Map the busywork

We walk through a normal week and list the jobs that repeat. Most businesses find three or four worth automating.

02

Automate one thing first

The job that costs the most hours goes first, so you see the value before anything else is built.

03

Test on real examples

Every automation runs against your real inquiries, orders or bookings before anyone relies on it.

04

Hand over and support

You get a walkthrough and written notes, and I keep watching it and fix anything that drifts.

AUTOMATION THAT KNOWS ITS PLACE

Built to help, never to surprise you.

You approve what goes out

Drafts wait for you. Nothing is sent to a customer or charged to a card without your say-so.

Your accounts, your data

It runs in your accounts wherever possible, so you keep control and ownership.

Starts small

One job at a time, each proven before the next, instead of a big-bang system nobody trusts.

Written down

Every automation is documented in plain English, so nothing lives only in my head.

Easy to switch off

If something is not helping, it can be turned off without breaking anything else.

One person to call

The person who built it answers the phone, and knows how it works.

AI AUTOMATION QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What small business owners ask before automating.

Straight answers to the first-call questions.

01

What can AI automate in a small business?

The repetitive jobs: reading and sorting inquiries, drafting replies, copying details between systems, booking and confirming appointments, keeping inventory in step, and pulling together reports. Anything you do the same way every week is a candidate.

02

Do I need new software?

Often not. I start with the tools you already pay for and connect them. When something new is needed, I recommend the simplest option and tell you what it costs to run.

03

Will an AI assistant say the wrong thing to customers?

It answers from your own pages and policies, and I set it to hand off to you rather than guess. Anything that commits your business to something goes through you.

04

Who owns it?

You do. It runs in your accounts wherever possible, and it is written down so another developer could pick it up.

05

What happens if something breaks?

You call me. I built it, I watch it, and I fix it.

06

Do you only work in Louisville?

I am in Louisville and most of my clients are in Louisville, Southern Indiana and across Kentucky. Most of this work happens over the phone and screen share, so I work further afield too, and the same person answers either way.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

What would you automate first?

Tell me the job that eats the most hours in your week, and get a straight answer on whether it can be automated and what it would take, from the person who will build it.
