What people ask before they call.

Can you fix a site someone else built?
Yes. Most rescues are sites I have never seen before, on every builder and host imaginable. Send me the details and I will tell you exactly what it takes to fix it.
My site is hacked. What do I do right now?
Do not delete anything. Change your passwords if you still can, then send me the details. Evidence helps us find how they got in.
Will I lose my content in a repair or a redesign?
My first move is protecting what is there. In most repairs your content, images and orders come through untouched. In a redesign I carry the content and history over, redirect every old address, and prove the rankings survived afterwards.
Do you host the sites you build?
Yes. Hosting, verified backups, managed updates, security hardening and monitoring, with a real person to call. Most break-ins start with an outdated plugin nobody was watching, so I watch.
Do you only work with Louisville businesses?
Louisville, Kentucky is home and most of the work is local, but the sites run everywhere and so does the support. Everything is built and hosted from the same studio.
