AI CONSULTANT LOUISVILLE

Practical AI for Louisville businesses, set up by someone who uses it every day.

I help Louisville small businesses put AI to work where it actually pays: showing up when customers ask ChatGPT and Google who to hire, taking repetitive work off your plate, and building better websites faster. I run my own studio on these tools every day, so you get what works, not a sales deck.

AI FOR SMALL BUSINESS

Less hype. More hours back.

Most small businesses do not need an AI strategy deck. They need three things: to show up when customers ask an AI for a recommendation, to stop typing the same information into five places, and a website that keeps up. That is the work I do, in plain English, from the first conversation to the thing running in your business.

THREE WAYS I PUT AI TO WORK

Pick the problem. I will bring the right tool.

Get found

AI search optimization

Customers now ask ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and Perplexity who to hire. I make your business readable, trusted and quotable when they do.

Save hours

AI automation

Inquiries summarized and sorted, replies drafted for your approval, and bookings, inventory and reports that keep themselves up to date.

Build better

AI-enhanced websites

I use AI to research, draft and test faster, then design, write and check every page myself. You get a better site sooner, and it still sounds like you.

BUILT AND RUNNING

Not a slide deck. Systems running in Louisville businesses today.

The skills behind good AI work are the ones I have used for years to connect business software. Kentucky Peerless Distilling checks in every tour guest on a front-desk board I built, sells tours through a booking system I built, and keeps its Clover register and website inventory matched with a sync I built. I run my own studio on AI assistants I set up myself, from drafting and research to watching my servers.

HOW I ADD AI TO YOUR BUSINESS

Four steps, starting with a conversation.

01

Find the friction

One conversation about where the hours go and where customers slip through. No jargon and no obligation.

02

Pick the right tools

Often it is software you already pay for. Where it is not, I recommend the simplest thing that works and tell you what it costs to run.

03

Build and connect

I set it up, connect it to your website and systems, and test it on real examples before anyone relies on it.

04

Tune with real use

AI gets better with feedback. I watch how it performs, adjust it, and stay the person you call.

HONEST ABOUT AI

What AI does here, and what it does not.

Speeds up the grunt work

Research, first drafts, image clean-up and testing happen faster, which means more time on the parts that need judgment.

Helps with structure

Page outlines, questions customers ask and technical checks get done thoroughly, every time.

Never publishes unread

Every word and every image is checked by me before it goes live. AI drafts, a person decides.

Does not know your customers

You do. The best results come from your knowledge of the business, shaped into something AI can use.

Does not replace the camera

The photography and drone footage on my sites are real, shot by me, not generated.

Kept honest

If AI is not the right answer for a problem, I will say so and suggest what is.

AI CONSULTING QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What Louisville business owners ask about AI.

The questions that come up on the first call, answered before you make it.

01

What is AI consulting for a small business?

Finds the few places where AI saves real time or wins real customers, sets them up, and makes sure they keep working. For most small businesses that means showing up in AI search, taking repetitive admin off people, and a better website, not a company-wide transformation. If you are wondering whether AI can build the site itself, I compared AI website builders and a custom website.

02

Do I need to be technical?

No. You tell me how the business runs. I handle the setup, show your people what changed, and write down how it works so nothing depends on memory.

03

Is my business data safe?

I connect only what the job needs, use your own accounts wherever possible so you keep ownership, and tell you exactly where information goes. Nothing is sent anywhere you have not approved.

04

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not the goal. The aim is to take the repetitive work off good people so they spend their time on customers and the work only they can do.

05

Do you only work in Louisville?

I am in Louisville and most of my clients are in Louisville, Southern Indiana and across Kentucky. Most of this work happens over the phone and screen share, so I work further afield too, and the same person answers either way.

06

How do we get started?

Call, text or send a note about what is eating your time. The first conversation costs nothing, and you get a straight answer on whether AI is worth it for your business.

07

Why hire an AI consultant instead of figuring it out yourself?

You can figure it out yourself, and plenty of owners start that way. What I save you is the trial and error: which tools are worth paying for, how to connect them to the website and software you already run, and testing them on real work before anyone relies on them. I run my own studio on these tools every day, so you get the setups that held up, not the ones that looked good in a demo. If you want that judgment across all your systems, not just AI, that is fractional CTO work.

08

How do I choose the right AI consultant?

Ask to see something they built that is running today, not a slide deck. Ask who does the work and who you call when it breaks. Ask what it costs to run each month once it is set up. Be wary of anyone who promises AI will replace your staff or guarantees results, and look for someone who will tell you when AI is not the answer.

09

What are the best AI consulting firms for small businesses?

There is no honest league table, so I will not pretend to rank anyone. For a small business the best fit is rarely a big firm. It is someone who learns how your business runs, builds the few things that save real time, connects them to your website and software, and stays around to keep them working. That is the work I do for Louisville small businesses, one person from the first call to the support afterwards.

10

How do I check an AI consultant’s reviews and ratings?

Start with their Google Business Profile, where reviews come from real customers and stay public. Then ask to see work that is running now, not a demo. My Google reviews are on my Business Profile, most of them for websites. The systems I can point to are running at Kentucky Peerless Distilling, where tour guests are checked in, tours are sold and the register stays matched to the website through software I built.

11

How does AI consulting work for a small business?

It starts with one conversation about where the hours go. Then I pick the simplest tools that fix the biggest problem, often software you already pay for, set them up, connect them to your website and systems, and test them on real examples. After that I watch how they perform and adjust them. Anything that talks to your customers waits for your approval before it goes out. Before you add one, read whether an AI chatbot on your website is worth it.

12

How much does AI consulting cost for a small business?

It depends on what gets built, so I do not publish a price. You get a written scope and a flat quote before any work starts, plus what each tool costs to run each month. Many first steps use software you already pay for. The first conversation costs nothing.
