Managed WordPress hosting in Louisville, run by the developer who looks after your site.
Your website lives on my own dedicated server behind Cloudflare, checked every 60 seconds, backed up offsite every day and updated with a safety net. When something needs attention, the person who notices it is the person who fixes it.

Websites I have built for Kentucky businesses
Most small business sites live on a server nobody is watching.
Shared hosting puts your website on a crowded machine alongside many other customers’ sites. When it slows down, you find out from a customer. When it goes down at night, nobody notices until morning. When a plugin update breaks the checkout, the hosting company tells you it is a website problem, and the person who built the site moved on years ago.
Managed WordPress hosting should close that gap. With me it does, because the hosting, the updates and the website itself are all looked after by one person here in Louisville who knows how your site was put together.
Hosting, watched and maintained by a developer.
A fast, dedicated server
About 30 business websites share one well-resourced dedicated server instead of a crowded shared plan. Each site has its own account, its own PHP settings and page caching tuned for it.
Cloudflare in front
Every site sits behind Cloudflare for HTTPS, caching close to your visitors and firewall rules that stop password guessing and vulnerability scanners before they reach WordPress.
Checked every 60Â seconds
An outside monitor loads every site once a minute, straight from the server, so a cached page cannot hide an outage. A real problem alerts my phone.
Offsite backups, verified
Each WordPress database is backed up daily and its files weekly to cloud storage, and the whole server is backed up nightly offsite. Backups are checked, not assumed.
Updates with a safety net
Plugin and WordPress updates run with a snapshot first and automatic checks afterward. If an update breaks a page or a checkout, it gets rolled back.
Form emails that arrive
Site mail goes through an authenticated relay with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set, so contact form notifications land in your inbox instead of disappearing.
Stores, law firms, manufacturers and a marketplace.
The sites on this server include Heimerdinger Cutlery, Vendome Copper & Brass Works, the HogMatch livestock marketplace, the Lucas Play toy store, two Louisville law firms, an RV park, a wedding venue and a haunted attraction that gets most of its traffic in six weeks a year.
Vendome’s own Google review says it plainly: I handle their hosting, their online store and everything in between. That is the job.
The move onto this server is the reliability record I can show you. In September 2026 I moved more than twenty client websites here, checking file counts and database row counts against the originals before each switch, and found backup jobs at the old hosts that had silently stopped. Each site is now checked from outside every 60 seconds, with alerts to my phone, and backed up offsite. How those moves ran.
How a site comes over to my server.
Look first
I read the current site, its plugins, its mail setup and its DNS, and tell you what I found before anything moves.
Copy and count
The site is copied to the new server and checked against the original, file count by file count and table by table.
Switch quietly
DNS moves through Cloudflare, planned so there is no gap: the old server keeps answering until visitors have moved across, and mail records stay intact.
Watch it settle
Monitoring, backups and update checks start the same day, and the old host stays untouched until you are sure.
What my hosting covers, and when it is the right fit.
What is included
The server, Cloudflare, 60-second outside monitoring with phone alerts, offsite backups, updates with a snapshot first, and site mail through an authenticated relay, all written down for your site before it starts.
What is not included
New pages, new features and redesigns are not part of hosting. Bigger work is quoted separately, so there are no surprises on either side.
No uptime promise
I do not promise a percentage of uptime, and nobody honest can. What I can tell you is that a site that stops answering is noticed within minutes by the person who knows it.
A good fit
A business website or WooCommerce store where uptime, speed and a real person matter more than the cheapest monthly line.
Not a fit
Hobby blogs, sites that need a specific data center abroad, or anyone who wants a control panel to manage it all alone.
Built by someone else?
That is fine. I read it first and tell you honestly whether it is healthy enough to move as it is or needs repair first.
Managed WordPress hosting in Louisville, answered.
What is managed WordPress hosting?
Hosting where someone is responsible for the WordPress site itself, not only the server: updates, backups, security, speed and fixing things when they break. Plain hosting rents you space; managed hosting includes the care.
Will moving my site cause downtime?
It is planned so there is none. The copy is built and checked on the new server first, then DNS switches over, and the old host keeps answering until visitors have moved across. It stays in place until the new one has proven itself.
Do I still own my website if you host it?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name, the website files and content are yours, and you can take a full copy anywhere at any time.
What happens when something breaks at night?
The monitor checks every site once a minute and alerts my phone when a site stops answering. That way I usually hear about a problem within minutes, not from a customer the next morning.
Can you host a site somebody else built?
Yes, most of my hosting clients came that way. I review the site before it moves and tell you what needs attention.
How much does managed WordPress hosting cost?
It depends on the site: a brochure site and a busy online store need different care. I quote it from a short written scope after one conversation, so the number matches the work.
