Physician website design for doctors who are more than a directory listing.
A hospital profile lists your credentials. A personal professional website introduces you: the work, the speaking, the writing, and the right way to reach you. We build physician and healthcare websites that hold a 25-year career in order and still feel like a person.
Six jobs, before it does anything clever.
Every physician and healthcare website we build is organized around these six jobs. The design comes after.
Introduce the person, not just the CV
Your training and appointments matter, and they get their own pages. But the first thing a visitor meets should be you: what you do now, who you do it for, and why.
Hold the record in order
Education, fellowships, board certifications, appointments, awards, national service. Laid out so a producer or a conference chair can verify you in a minute without a PDF.
Give media and organizers what they need
A professional biography, a CV and a media kit as real PDFs, with approved photography and speaking topics, downloadable from the pages where people look for them.
Keep professional inquiries away from patient care
Plain language that the site is for media, speaking and consulting, that these are not patient appointments, and that no health information should be sent through it.
Connect the channels
Substack, YouTube, a podcast, a book: linked where they are live, listed honestly where they are on the way, with one subscribe action repeated across the site.
Protect the name
Your name is the brand. The site gets a clean host, a locked login, scheduled backups you can see, and, if you are coming from a hacked site, the redirects and 410s that clear the search results.
A transplant cardiologist, rebuilt after a hack.
Dr. Moore’s previous website was compromised. The rebuild gave her a new editorial identity in navy, cream and gold, seven pages with clear jobs, professional biography, CV and media kit downloads, and direct paths for media, speaking and consulting. It launched September 17, 2026.
Achievements and experience, given room.
Awards from the institutions where she trained physicians and built programs, fellowships in the national cardiology bodies, and a chronological career across academic, private and federal practice. Each has its own section, its own heading, and nothing is buried in a paragraph.
It reads like a CV because it is one. It looks like the website because we designed it to.
Biography, CV and media kit as real documents.
Three tagged, searchable PDFs with correct titles and clickable links, laid out in the same identity as the site. They sit on the About and Services pages, where a journalist or an event organizer would look for them, and they still look like her when they are forwarded.
Email, a booking calendar, and a clear boundary.
Direct email and a short scheduling call for media, speaking and consulting. The page says these are not patient appointments and asks visitors not to send medical information. That protects the physician, the visitor and the site.
If your old site was hacked, we also handle the part that clears your name in Google. We wrote up how the rebuild, the redirects and the Google cleanup fit together.

Listen
What you do now, who needs to reach you, what you are publishing, and what the current site or profile gets wrong. We map the pages and the contact paths around that.
Design the identity
A name treatment, a palette and a type system that read as you, applied to the site and to the PDFs so everything you hand someone matches.
Build and organize
WordPress on Kadence, fast on a phone, with your career organized page by page and your approved photography placed with care.
Launch and protect
Clean host, locked login, verified backups, sitemap, analytics, and the redirects and 410s if you are recovering from a hack.
What doctors ask before they hire us.
Is this a patient portal or a practice website?
No. This is a personal professional website for a physician, surgeon, researcher or medical expert: biography, career, speaking, media, consulting and publishing. We do not build intake, telehealth or records systems, and the site should never collect health information.
Do you write the biography?
We organize and edit. The facts, the dates and the voice come from you and your CV, and every page is checked against them before launch.
Can you use my hospital headshot?
If you have the rights to it, yes. Client-approved portrait photography carried the Dr. Moore site. If you need new photographs we shoot them in Louisville.
My old site was hacked. Can you fix that too?
Yes. Recovery is part of the service: a fresh host, the redirects for real pages, 410 responses for the spam patterns, and weekly monitoring of Search Console after launch.
Will it help me get found on Google?
A clean, fast, well-structured site with your name, specialty and city in the right places is the foundation. We do not promise rankings, and any page that does is guessing.
Who hosts it, and who do I call?
We host it and keep it updated, and you call the person who built it.

Tell me what your profile page gets wrong.
One conversation, one builder, a website that introduces you the way you would introduce yourself. The person you brief is the person who builds it.
