Shaun Wilson Designs (“we”, “us”) is a web design, marketing, aerial photography and video business in Louisville, Kentucky. This policy explains what information we collect through shaunwilsondesigns.com and our internal tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the details of your project. When you pay an invoice, the payment is handled by PayPal; we receive confirmation of the payment but never see or store your full card number. We use this information only to answer you, provide the services you ask for, and keep normal business records.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technology from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Site Kit and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising, for example whether a visit led to a form submission, a booked call or a tap on our phone number. The Meta Pixel also lets us show Shaun Wilson Designs ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site. Cloudflare protects the site and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from people, not bots. These services may receive your IP address, browser type and pages visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and control ads based on your activity on other websites in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences in Meta Accounts Center.

Google user data: Shaun Wilson Designs Client Tools

Shaun Wilson Designs operates an internal application, Shaun Wilson Designs Client Tools, that connects to Google services through Google’s official APIs using Google sign-in (OAuth). The application is used only by Shaun Wilson Designs. It is not offered to the public, and it only reaches Google accounts whose owners have granted Shaun Wilson Designs access.

What Google user data the app accesses

• Your Google account email address, to identify which signed-in account is connected.
• Google Ads: account names and IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, conversion settings and performance statistics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions).
• Google Business Profile: business information (name, address, hours, categories, description), photos, posts, and customer reviews and replies.
• Google Search Console: the list of verified sites and search performance data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, positions, indexing status).
• Google Analytics: account and property settings, user access lists, and aggregated website usage reports.
• Google Tag Manager: containers, tags, triggers and variables for websites we manage.
• YouTube: channel details, video details and playlists for channels we manage, and the videos we upload.
• Google Site Verification: verification tokens used to prove ownership of websites we manage.

How the app uses Google user data

We use this data only to provide the services our clients hire us for: reporting results to the account owner, making the changes the owner approves, keeping business listings accurate, responding to reviews, and improving the owner’s website and advertising. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not use it to build profiles of individuals, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

How the app shares Google user data

Google user data is shared only with the client the data belongs to (for example in a report about their own account). We do not transfer it to any other party, except where required by law, or to the hosting providers that store our systems under confidentiality obligations.

Storage, protection and retention

Sign-in tokens are stored in access-restricted storage on computers controlled by Shaun Wilson Designs and are never shared. Reports we create are kept only as long as needed for the client relationship and normal business records. The Google accounts that grant access are protected with two-step verification. When a client ends our engagement or removes our access, we stop accessing their data and delete stored reports on request.

Your control and deletion

An account owner can remove Shaun Wilson Designs’ access at any time from their Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from the user settings of the individual Google product. To ask us to delete any data we hold about you or your accounts, email shaun@shaunwilsondesigns.com and we will delete it and confirm by email.

Limited Use

Shaun Wilson Designs Client Tools’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our business (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics and security), only as far as they need it to do that work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as they are useful for the work and for normal business and tax records, then delete them. Access to our systems is limited to Shaun Wilson Designs and protected with secure connections, two-step verification and regular backups.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing shaun@shaunwilsondesigns.com. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact
