CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS PHOTOGRAPHY

Every milestone, documented from above.

Monthly aerial progress photography for contractors, developers, and owners across Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Consistent angles, FAA-licensed pilots, fast delivery.

WHY PROGRESS PHOTOGRAPHY

Proof of progress your stakeholders can see

Consistent monthly flights

Same angles, same altitudes, every visit, so progress reads clearly from month to month across the life of the build.

Stakeholder-ready deliverables

High-resolution photo sets organized by date, ready to drop into owner reports, pay applications, and marketing updates.

Full-site coverage

Wide site overviews, close-up detail shots, and every corner of the project captured in a single scheduled flight.

Dispute protection

A dated visual record of site conditions at every stage reduces liability and settles questions before they become claims.

FAA-licensed and insured

Part 107 licensed pilots with full insurance coverage, flying safely around active crews, cranes, and equipment.

Mapping and video add-ons

Orthomosaic maps, 3D models, and progress video can ride along on the same flight schedule as your photos.

TRUSTED ON REAL PROJECTS

The record your project deserves

PROGRESS QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before the first flight

How often should we shoot?

Monthly is the sweet spot for most commercial projects. Fast-moving phases like steel erection often justify bi-weekly flights, and we adjust cadence as the project moves.

Can you fly an active job site safely?

Yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 licensed and fully insured, and every flight is coordinated so crews, cranes, and deliveries are never interrupted.

What do we get after each flight?

A high-resolution, date-organized photo set covering the full site plus requested detail areas, delivered download-ready for reports and marketing.

Do you also do video and mapping?

Yes. Progress video updates, orthomosaic maps, and 3D models can be captured on the same schedule. Many clients bundle photo and video into one monthly visit.
